Why you should visit us

As a ministry of the Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod, we believe, teach and confess in accordance with LCMS doctrine. Some of our basic beliefs include:

-We are saved by grace alone through faith in Christ Jesus.

-The Church exists to make disciples of all nations by bearing witness to Jesus Christ through the preaching of the Gospel and administering the Sacraments. Every other activity of the church should serve the goal that everyone will believe and confess Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.

-Scripture is given by inspiration of the Holy Spirit, and God is the true Author of every word of Scripture. Scripture’s purpose is to point to Christ and to make us wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. Scripture is also our sole standard of doctrine and life as Christians. We believe that Scripture is powerful and without error or inconsistency.
-All people are born sinful, and our only means of salvation from sin comes through Christ Jesus.
